TML55 Wheel Loader – New and Improved Generation (Appearance & Technical)

The machine is equipped with a WD10G220E21 TIRE 2 turbocharged engine manufactured by Weichai. This engine, using direct injection technology, has high compatibility with fuel quality.

  • Implements: Optimization of the boom support plate to strengthen the structure.
  • Mechanical gearbox: Manufactured by Lonking, Alison BS-305 design (available with ZF-4WG200 gearbox).
  • Axle: LGQ280 model, manufactured by Lonking, with a maximum load capacity of 28 tons.
  • Cabin: Increased visibility and higher comfort, expanded interior space, improved operator access, and enhanced controls with high safety standards (FOPS/ROPS certified).
  • Bucket capacity: 5,500 kg
  • Fuel tank capacity: 285 liters
  • Hydraulic tank capacity: 265 liters
  • Increased traction force, increased tipping load on the rear axle, and higher structural stability by optimizing the wheelbase distance.
  • Operator comfort with upgraded seat (uniform height adjustment, extended suspension movement) and improved user convenience during operation (better shock and vibration damping through seat dampers).
