With the ongoing development and increase of construction projects in the country, the training of human resources and technical staff is of utmost importance. For this purpose, Tirazh Construction Company and Tirazheh Machine have established and launched the Specialized Training Center for Road Construction Machinery in collaboration with the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of the country since 2005 in Mashhad. The center has a capacity of 320 students, featuring 1,500 square meters of classroom space and 3,000 square meters dedicated to practical and workshop courses. The Specialized Training Center for Road Construction Machinery, Tirazh, offers both long-term and short-term training courses in accordance with the standards of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of the country. With high educational capabilities, the center annually trains a large number of applicants from across the nation and even from countries in the Middle East. The instructors at this center not only have extensive educational experience in specialized industrial courses but also teach in academic institutions, maintaining close ties with the industry. They are proficient and experienced in training factory personnel. This has led to various industries utilizing short-term courses at the center with complete satisfaction. Upon completing the long-term courses, trainees participate in a coordinated test conducted by the Technical and Vocational Training Organization. After passing the theoretical and practical exams, they receive a vocational and technical skills certificate, which is an internationally recognized qualification. According to employment tracking conducted after each long-term educational course, 95% of the trainees are employed in various sectors of the industry, both domestically and internationally, according to the profession they have been trained in. The high employment rate of the trainees reflects the capability of the center in preparing a skilled workforce for the industry, and it is hoped that this positive trend will continue in the future.
